Privacy Statement

At Braun’s Diamonds Direct, we have a firm commitment to protecting your privacy and security as our customer. Our reputation as an organization of honor and integrity stands firmly behind your rights and needs as a consumer.

  • We do not share your individual customer contact information with third parties.
  • We currently do not sell our e-mail address list or Internet customer financial or contact information and will not do so in the future without your express permission.
  • We do not use or share the e-mail addresses of E-card recipients with anyone.

Return Policy

Not what you had in mind?  Please contact us through our Website UPS return authorization code. A refund will not be issued until we received the merchandise. If the item is not returned within 14 days, the refund will not be honored.

Please ensure the returned item:

  • has its original packaging and is undamaged
  • is returned with all included hardware, instructions, labels, and accessories
  • is repacked with the proper sized box or envelope, not the product box or packaging
  • has enough packing material to protect the item
  • has a copy of the packing slip for quick return processing

Shipping can be damaging to products and we appreciate any efforts taken to protect items being returned.  Items returned in their display box only without a protective outer box or are damaged due to poor packing will incur a 20% restocking fee. In instances where a return is requested due to “no longer wanted/needed” or “better price available” will also incur a restocking fee up to 30%.

Once we receive the returned items back in our facility a refund will be issued within 2 business days.
